Bijan Noori

Bijan Noori is a Partner at Core Brokers and leads the firm’s Employee Benefits practice. With more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, he specializes in helping small and middle-market employers build competitive, sustainable benefits programs that protect their employees, support recruitment and retention, and align with the organization’s financial goals.

Bijan works closely with business owners, executive teams, and human resources professionals to develop and manage comprehensive employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and voluntary benefits. His approach extends well beyond simply presenting insurance quotes. He helps employers evaluate plan design and funding strategies, manage renewals, negotiate with carriers, control long-term costs, and communicate benefits clearly to employees.

A significant part of Bijan’s practice is dedicated to serving nonprofit organizations and privately held businesses. He understands that employers must balance rising healthcare costs with the need to offer meaningful benefits. His clients rely on him for strategic guidance, ACA, ERISA, and COBRA compliance support, enrollment technology, employee education, claims advocacy, and ongoing service throughout the year—not just at renewal.

Bijan embraces innovation, technology, and artificial intelligence to improve how benefits programs are analyzed, administered, and communicated. His goal is to make benefits easier for employers to manage and easier for employees to understand and use.

In addition to group benefits, Bijan advises business owners, executives, and families on life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care planning, executive benefits, business succession, and multigenerational wealth-protection strategies. This broader expertise allows him to address both an organization’s employee benefits needs and the personal risk-management concerns of its leadership.

Bijan began his insurance career with a national carrier in 2008 before establishing an independent brokerage in 2011. He earned a degree in Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and has served clients throughout California and across the country. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three daughters, traveling, camping, biking, and cooking.
